Yes. We specialise in furnished rooms for international students across Melbourne's best suburbs, close to the University of Melbourne, RMIT, Monash and Caulfield campuses. Yes, all bills are included. Electricity, water, gas and internet are all covered in one simple weekly price, so there are no surprise utility costs, within reasonable usage of up to $50 per person. Anything above that is split between you and your flatmates.

Every room is fully furnished and move-in ready. We even include kitchenware, pillows and linen. Just bring your suitcase and a blanket.

The bond is just 2 weeks' rent (4 weeks on some brand-new homes). To move in you pay 6 weeks total, 2 weeks bond plus 4 weeks rent in advance. For example, at $300/week that's $1,800 to get started. Your bond is lodged with the RTBA (the Victorian government bond authority) for your protection.

3 months for a twin-share room and 6 months for a single or ensuite room. If your plans change, we offer flexible lease-transfer options so you're not locked in.

Yes, instead of being trapped in a fixed lease, you can transfer your lease to another approved tenant. Just get in touch and we'll help you arrange it.

It depends on the area. Our City & Carlton rooms are walking distance to the University of Melbourne and RMIT City. Bayside is beside Monash Caulfield, Inner South & East has a direct train to Monash Caulfield, and Brunswick is home to RMIT's Brunswick campus with trams to Melbourne Uni. Tell us your campus and we'll match you to the closest rooms.

Just a valid passport with more than 12 months until expiry, and your initial payment (2 weeks bond + 4 weeks rent). You'll complete a short online questionnaire and a quick interview before viewing.

Rooms are offered first-come, first-served. You fill out our enquiry form, complete a short questionnaire and interview, then inspect the property. Once approved, we send your lease agreement, house rules, move-in checklist and condition report to sign.

We recommend enquiring 1–3 months before your course starts, especially for the busy February and July university intakes. Rooms in popular suburbs fill quickly.

If the property is left undamaged at the end of your stay, your bond refund is sent straight back to your bank account, usually within 3 business days.
